Troubleshooting login issues

This article provides a comprehensive guide to resolving common login difficulties. Please follow the instructions below to restore access to your account.

Primary login steps

To access the platform, navigate to the login page and perform the following actions:

  • Navigate to https://console.partnerize.com/login/partnerize/en.

  • Enter your username. Please note that your email address cannot be used as a login credential.

  • Input the password you created for the account.

  • Solve the hCaptcha challenge and select Log in.


❗ NOTE : If the hCaptcha fails to load, clear your browser cookies and ensure you are using Google Chrome.


Resolving credential errors

If you encounter an incorrect username or password error message, utilize the automated recovery tools:

  • Select Forgotten login details.

  • Enter either your username or the email address linked to your account.

  • Check your inbox and spam/junk folders for a password reset email.

  • Follow the instructions provided in the email to establish a new password and regain account access.

Account verification errors

If you see an account verification error, your email address may need to be confirmed before the platform allows access:

  • Select the blue link within the error message to resend the verification code to your email address.

  • Follow the steps in the email to verify your email address and log in.


❗ NOTE : If your account was set up as an additional user for your company, ensure the user that created your account has set your access to anything other than “no access” in the Manage Users section.


Email delivery troubleshooting

If you are unable to receive the password reset or account verification email, verify the following:

  • Confirm you are looking in the email inbox associated with your account.

  • Check your spam folder.

  • Ensure there is no filtering preventing you from receiving emails from noreply@partnerize.com and noreply@security.partnerize.com.

  • Whitelist the above email addresses.

Technical compatibility

Persistent issues may be related to browser configurations or local network settings. Try these steps to ensure platform functionality:

  • Browser Selection: Use the Google Chrome browser as this is the most compatible with the platform.

  • Clear Cache: Clear browser cookies and cache before logging in.

  • Disable Extensions: Disable adblockers and any VPN as these can affect platform functionalities.

    • A - No, you must use your username to log in.
